PJ's Points is now available: an official mobile loyalty app by PJ's Coffee. It provides an effortless way to stay connected and receive rewards. With every purchase at PJ's Coffee, you can earn PJ's Points which can later be redeemed for your favorite handcrafted beverages.

• Loyalty app features:
  • Facilitates the tracking of customer information including full name, mobile contacts, and email addresses.
  • Maintains a history of customer orders for reference.
  • Enables the display of promotional notifications.
  • Tracks loyalty points, loyalty levels, member ID, and join dates.
  • Manages redemptions and supports loyalty point payments as well as discount percentages (note: discounts are not automatically applied; staff must manually apply based on loyalty points displayed in customer search).
